About project

Jasikovo Wind Farm

The hilly and mountainous area of the eastern part of Serbia has always been recognized as a region with extremely favorable wind characteristics. In order to confirm the wind potential for the development of Jasikovo wind farm, wind measurements were started in 2022.

The Jasikovo wind farm involves the construction of up to 16 wind generators with a total installed capacity of 70 MW and an expected annual electricity production of 230 GWh. This project will not only contribute to a significant reduction in carbon dioxide emissions but will also provide clean, sustainable energy for future generations.

Wind turbines of the latest generation of renowned wind turbine suppliers will be used for the construction of Jasikovo wind power plant. This implies a state-of-the-art wind turbine with a power of 6.0 to 6.5 MW.

Construction on the site is scheduled to begin in the second half of 2025, with project completion expected by the end of 2026.
